Meet the Partners


Sam is the Chief Investment Officer at Green Key Partners. Previously, he was a PhD candidate at Brown and a hedge fund employee. Sam’s incredibly deep mathematical foundation allows him to digest cryptography at an academic level. A member of the class of 2016, he received his B.A. in Mathematics and Physics from Dartmouth.

Samuel Rosen


Miika serves as Green Key Partners’ Chief Operating Officer and heads the firm’s legal department. A former associate at Skadden, Arps with prior hedge fund operations experience, Miika’s expertise aims to navigate the shifting legal and logistical landscapes of the rapidly-maturing cryptocurrency markets. Miika received his B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University in 2016 and his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2020.

Miika Weekes


Will is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Green Key Partners. An early adopter of bitcoin, Will is well versed with securely storing and exchanging cryptocurrencies. He brings years of cryptocurrency exposure and professional trading experience to the team. A member of the class of 2016, he received his B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dartmouth.

William Vranos


David brings years of hands on trading experience to the team. After a long, successful stint with Stralem, David worked at Pattern research before bringing his execution expertise and crypto knowledge to Green Key. David graduated with a degree in Finance from EDHEC in 2010.

David Felsen

Quantitative Trader

Ben is a senior software engineer with a strong background in engineering and trading. He holds a degree in Computer Science and was previously a software engineer at Kraken Bitcoin Exchange and Cisco Systems.

Lucas brings strong programming skills, a quantitative mindset and enthusiasm for decentralized platforms to Green Key. He expects to complete his B.A. in Computer Science and Data Science from Northwestern University in 2022.
